Ballistic is a permissionless, blockchain-based toolset for launching and trading tokens across Solana, BNB Smart Chain, and Ethereum. By accessing or using Ballistic you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Decentralized operation

Ballistic operates through self-executing smart contracts. There is no central authority managing the platform, and all on-chain transactions are final and irreversible once executed. You interact with autonomous code at your own risk.

2. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for your activity, the tokens and projects you create or trade, the security of your wallets and keys, and compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Ballistic does not vet, approve, or guarantee the legitimacy or success of anything launched through it.

3. No financial advice

Nothing on Ballistic constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Digital assets are volatile and high risk. Never commit more than you can afford to lose.

4. Eligibility

Ballistic is not offered in the United States, the United Kingdom, or any jurisdiction with restrictions on cryptocurrency activity. You confirm you are legally permitted to use the platform where you reside.

5. Limitation of liability

Ballistic is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ballistic and its contributors are not liable for any losses, damages, regulatory actions, or misuse arising from your use of the platform.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Ballistic after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
